A generous gift brings us closer to housing solutions for Nassau County

Affordable Housing First is honored to receive a $25,040 contribution from the Amelia Island Nassau County Board of Realtors through their AINCAR Cares fund. This generous support will help create affordable rental opportunities for Nassau’s workforce, including teachers, firefighters, law enforcement officers, essential banking staff, and hospitality workers.

The check was presented at the Amelia Island Nassau County Association of Realtors General Membership Meeting at The Fernandina Beach Golf Club. Sponsored by John Adams of Planet Home Lending and Kim Bennett of Golden Dog Title, the event also featured Sheriff Bill Leeper, who shared valuable local safety insights during National Realtor Safety Month.
