If you are age 73 or older, this year may be the year you’re required to take a Required Minimum Distribution (RMD) from your retirement account. For many, these funds aren’t always needed for daily living expenses. One wonderful way to put them to work is by supporting Affordable Housing in Nassau County.

Through a Qualified Charitable Distribution, you can give directly from your IRA to us. This special type of gift comes with valuable benefits:

• Since your gift goes straight to Affordable Housing First Corp (a 501-c3) it won’t be counted as taxable income.
